Legal information

Privacy policy

Below you will find information about what data may be processed on turulo.com, in the contact form and when cookies are used.

Last updated: April 15, 2026.

1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data processed within turulo.com is Adrian Turulski.

Contact for privacy and personal data matters: kontakt@turulo.com.

2. What data I process

I process the data you provide voluntarily in the contact form or in correspondence: the website address, email address, issue description, any contact details and the information needed to handle your enquiry.

If we move to a paid diagnosis, repair or settlement through Useme, the data needed to prepare and deliver the work may also be processed.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

  • handling enquiries and replying to messages - the controller's legitimate interest or actions taken before cooperation begins;
  • preparing, delivering and settling the work - activities related to cooperation and billing obligations;
  • website security, spam protection and abuse prevention - the controller's legitimate interest;
  • website analytics - only after consent to analytics cookies has been given;
  • advertising measurement - only after consent to marketing cookies has been given.

4. Contact form

Submitting the form does not sign you up for a newsletter and does not start a paid service. I use the data from the form to reply to your enquiry, make an initial assessment of the issue and determine the next step.

Providing the data is voluntary, but without an email address, website address and issue description I will not be able to come back with a specific reply.

5. Cookies, analytics and marketing

The website may use cookies and similar technologies. Essential files are used so the website can function correctly.

Analytics and marketing cookies are used only after the appropriate consent has been given. The website may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.

You can change your consent in the cookie settings available in the footer of the landing page with the form or through your browser settings.

6. Data recipients

Data may be shared with technical service providers needed to run the website, email, hosting, security, analytics, advertising tools and settlements.

In particular, this may include the hosting provider, the email provider, Google Ireland Ltd., Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Useme sp. z o.o. if the work is settled through Useme.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Some technical, analytics or marketing tools may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area.

In such cases, the mechanisms required by law are used, in particular standard contractual clauses or other available legal bases.

8. Data retention period

  • form and correspondence data - for the period needed to handle the matter and, if cooperation starts, for the period needed to deliver it and secure any potential claims;
  • billing data - for the period required by tax and accounting regulations;
  • analytics and marketing data - in line with the tool settings and until consent is withdrawn, where technically possible.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer the data, object to processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

10. Security and access to client websites

For enquiries related to diagnosing or repairing a website, I only ask for the information and access that are necessary to identify the issue and perform the agreed scope of work.

If the matter requires it, the scope of access, responsibility and security may be additionally defined in a separate safety declaration or agreement.

11. Changes to this privacy policy

This policy may be updated when the way the website works, the technical tools or the applicable laws change. The current version is published on turulo.com.
