Diagnostics, testing and repair for existing websites

I test and fix websites that do not work the way they should

Forms, checkout, payments, shipping, mobile, cookies, speed, malware, WordPress and WooCommerce.

First I find where the issue is, then I recommend the next step.

Why work with me?

When a website is supposed to bring in clients, what matters is the actual result: what works, what blocks it and what needs fixing.

Verified work and real reviews

Facebook reviews, jobs confirmed through Useme and a PDF recommendation show this is not a random offer.

12-month warranty

I give a 12-month warranty on my work. If something needs fixing on my side, I come back to it without dragging the issue out.

I reply quickly and keep the issue moving

After your message I get back to you quickly with a concrete next step instead of leaving you with silence.

Frequently asked questions

What happens after I send the website?

I review what can be assessed from the outside and reply by email. I will tell you what is visible after the first check and what the next step should be.

Does sending the website cost anything?

No. Sending the website address and a short description of the situation costs nothing. If the topic requires technical work, we first define the scope and only then do you decide whether we move forward.

What can you check on a website or in a store?

I can check forms, email from the site, cart, payments, shipping, mobile, speed, cookies, malware, WordPress/WooCommerce errors and the technical elements that affect user trust.

What access will be needed?

At the beginning, the website address and a short description are usually enough. If technical access is needed, we agree what is required: WordPress, FTP or hosting, depending on the issue.

Is it safe to give access to the website?

Yes. When I work on an existing site, I act only within the scope needed to check and repair it. If the issue requires it, I make a safety backup and document the starting point before making changes.

Before the work begins, I also send a written and signed security and responsibility declaration, so it is clear from the start how I work and what I am responsible for.

Do you also check forms, cookies and consent settings?

Yes, if they affect how the site works or how much users trust it. I can check the form, cookie banner, links to documents, consent settings and integrations, so everything is implemented within the agreed scope.

I do not write legal documents myself, but I can implement content provided by the client or point out what is worth reviewing with a specialist.

Do you give a warranty?

Yes. I give a 12-month warranty on my work.

Do you build new websites?

The main focus of this page is diagnostics, testing and repair for existing websites and stores. New websites are not the core service here.

The cost of doing nothing

Every day you wait may cost more than you think.

Not every issue looks serious at first. That is exactly why it is so easy to leave it for later.

01

Client messages may already be getting lost

Not every failure looks dramatic. Sometimes a website quietly cuts off contact and leaves you without part of your incoming clients.

02

Sales can leak without warning

If the form, cart, payment or shipping does not work properly, the client will not struggle with it. They simply leave and buy elsewhere.

03

Later is usually worse

The longer it goes on, the more often you end up fixing not one error, but the entire mess that has built up around it.

Not deciding is also a decision.

It is not worth leaving this for later. Send the website address and describe what worries you. I will reply with what is visible after the first check and what the next step should be.
